1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website (alishawedsspencer.com) and submitting an RSVP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit an RSVP.

2. Purpose of the Site

This website is operated by Alisha Reddy and Spencer Whittaker for the sole purpose of managing RSVPs and sharing information related to their wedding on December 4-5, 2026 in San Francisco, CA. The Site is intended for invited guests only.

3. RSVP Submissions

By submitting an RSVP, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and truthful
You are submitting the RSVP on your own behalf (one RSVP per attendee)
You understand that your information will be used for wedding planning purposes as described in our Privacy Policy

4. SMS/Text Message Terms of Service

By checking the SMS consent box on the RSVP form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Alisha & Spencer's Wedding at the phone number you provided. You understand and agree to the following:

Consent is not required to RSVP or attend the wedding. You may submit your RSVP without opting in to text messages.
Message types: RSVP confirmations, wedding schedule updates, logistical information, and event reminders.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you receive.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us.

6. No Sharing of Mobile Information

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. International carriers may also be supported. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of Alisha Reddy and Spencer Whittaker. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from this Site without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
